When does the upgrade trigger?

The natural breakpoints:

  • 5-15 reps: Apollo is clearly the right call. Don’t spend Outreach money.
  • 15-30 reps: Either works. Most teams stay on Apollo unless they’re also on Salesforce and wanting deeper integration.
  • 30-100 reps: It becomes a question of how complex the motion is. Single-motion AE org → Apollo is still fine. Multi-motion (outbound + inbound + PLG) → Outreach earns its price.
