What it is
Supademo is an interactive demo builder: record a flow in your product with the Chrome extension or desktop app, and it becomes a clickable, step-by-step demo you can embed on a website, in a help center, in a deal room, or share as a link, video, or PDF. It covers screenshot and 4K video demos on every plan, guided HTML demos from Business up, and sandbox demos from Growth up. It was founded in 2023, is headquartered in New York, says 200,000+ professionals use it, and carries a 4.8 out of 5 rating on G2 across roughly 550 reviews. In 2026 it shipped steadily: an MCP server in April, the Seismic integration and Voiceovers 2.0 in June, an official Claude connector and AI Command in July, and self-serve AI Demo Agents in August.
Why it shows up in RevOps stacks
- Salesforce on the cheapest paid plan. Supademo documents the Salesforce integration as available on Scale and above: identified viewers become or update leads, and demo activity is logged on the record. On Storylane, Salesforce first appears on the $1,200/month Premium plan.
- One library for marketing, sales, and support. The same demo goes on the website, into a Seismic library (auto-synced, archived demos removed), and into Intercom, Zendesk, or Notion as an embed. Webhooks fire on lead captured, demo viewed, demo completed, and showcase viewed.
- Agents can build and edit demos. The Supademo MCP server works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Cursor. It can edit steps and hotspots, organize demo hubs, and pull analytics. AI Command does the same in-app in plain English, for example rebranding every demo in a folder or generating personalized tracking links from a spreadsheet.
Pricing
Supademo bills per creator seat; viewers and demo views are unlimited on every plan. Annual billing is 20-24% below monthly.
- Free — $0. 1 creator, 5 guided interactive demos, 50 video recordings up to 10 minutes each. No MCP or AI Command.
- Scale — $38 per creator/month billed annually ($50 monthly). Unlimited demos, tracking links and analytics, Showcases, custom domain, Salesforce, MCP, and AI Command. Screenshot and video demos only.
- Business — $199/month billed annually ($249 monthly) for 1 creator, plus $50/month per extra creator. Adds guided HTML demos, HTML text and image editing, and AI data edits.
- Growth — $350/month billed annually ($450 monthly) for 5 creators, plus $50/month per extra creator. Adds sandbox demos, AI voice cloning, demo versioning, and Route Hub.
- Enterprise — custom, from 10 creators. Adds SSO via SAML.
- AI Demo Agent is metered, not bundled. Credits are sold in packs of $99 (1,400 credits), $299 (5,500), and $500 (12,500); a 15-minute demo call uses about 20 credits, so a call costs $0.80-$1.41. Every workspace starts with 1,500 free credits, and credits do not expire.
- What teams pay. Vendr lists no Supademo contracts, so no negotiated median exists to cite. At list: 3 creators on Scale come to $1,368 a year; HTML demos for 3 creators on Business come to $3,588; Growth with 5 creators is $4,200. Even Growth is under half of Navattic’s $8,500 Vendr median and about a quarter of Storylane’s $15,330. A startup plan covers pre-Series A companies under 2 years old that have raised less than $2M.
Best for
- Product marketing and sales leaders at seed-to-Series B SaaS companies who want website tours, rep leave-behinds, and help-center walkthroughs from one tool, with Salesforce or HubSpot attribution, on a budget under $5,000 a year
- Customer education and support teams embedding how-to demos in a knowledge base
- Not for enterprise presales teams that need data-edited sandbox demos across 30+ SEs with buying-committee analytics, or for products that must be shown with live data and real integrations, where a demo environment or a real trial wins
Alternatives — and when to pick them instead
- Navattic — the HTML-demo rival for PLG websites, with a Vendr median of $8,500 a year. Pick Navattic when the website demo is the whole job and you want a vendor whose only product is HTML capture wired to lead routing.
- Storylane — the broadest independent feature set: HTML on Growth at $500/month, sandbox and presenter demos on Premium, and RepX as a separate AI SDR. Pick Storylane when your SEs need presenter demos and deal intelligence, and budget allows Premium.
- Arcade — the widest free footprint, with Growth at $42.50/month billed annually for up to 10 seats. Pick Arcade for polished screenshot and video tours for launches and social posts, where HTML capture and CRM sync do not matter.
- Walnut — sales-led and enterprise-priced, with a Vendr median of $17,000 a year. Pick Walnut when large SE teams edit demo data per prospect and budget is not the constraint.
- Consensus — presales video demos with stakeholder-level analytics. Pick Consensus when the problem is which members of a buying committee watched what.
Watch-outs
- The AI Demo Agent is a separate meter. No plan includes it, and an optional auto-recharge buys $299 of credits whenever the balance drops below 500. Guard: run the agent on the 1,500 free credits first, measure meetings booked per 100 conversations, and keep auto-recharge off until that number justifies the spend.
- CRM sync covers identified viewers only. Anonymous views are not pushed to Salesforce, and HubSpot does not receive completion %, steps viewed, or session counts as properties. The HubSpot docs also do not state a plan tier. Guard: gate demos with a form or
?v_email=personalized links, use the demo-completed webhook or Zapier to write completion into a custom property, and confirm the HubSpot tier during the 14-day trial. - The plan decides the capture type. Scale is screenshot and video only; HTML starts on Business and sandbox on Growth. Guard: build your product’s hardest screen during the trial before picking a tier.
- AI edits can touch every demo at once. AI Command and the MCP server edit in bulk with the connected user’s permissions. Guard: turn on demo versioning (Growth) so AI edits get an “Edited” badge and are not auto-published, and connect MCP with a creator seat limited to a test folder.
- Missing features and recording glitches lead the G2 complaints. Guard: rebuild your most branded flow as a pilot and have design sign off before committing to an annual plan.
- SSO is Enterprise-only. Guard: if IT requires SAML, price Enterprise and its 10-creator minimum from the start rather than discovering it at security review.
