What it is

Aurasell is an AI-native CRM that you can run in one of two ways: as the system of record itself, or as an overlay — the company calls it the GTM OS — on top of the Salesforce or HubSpot instance you already have, with bidirectional sync back to the underlying CRM. Either way, the same platform bundles what most sales orgs buy as separate products: account and contact data (84M+ accounts and 950M+ contacts, per the vendor’s pricing page), enrichment, AI-written sequences, a voice dialer, meeting recording and conversation intelligence, forecasting, coaching, CPQ, eSignatures, and a no-code Agent Builder for custom agentic workflows.

The company was founded in 2024 in San Mateo by CEO Jason Eubanks and CTO Srinivas Bandi, both ex-operators at VMware, Nutanix and Twilio. It launched in August 2025 with a $30M seed led by N47, Menlo Ventures and Unusual Ventures, released the GTM OS overlay for existing CRMs on 2026-02-12, and shipped Agent Builder on 2026-06-24. At that last launch it reported more than 50 customers, more than $6M in ARR, and 37% of customers replacing HubSpot or Salesforce outright — meaning roughly two in three run it as an overlay. Named customers include Xerox, TCI Transportation, Avo Automation and EDB.

Why it shows up in RevOps stacks

  • It answers the “AI without a CRM migration” question directly. The overlay mode is the product’s most useful idea: reps work in Aurasell while Salesforce or HubSpot stays the record your finance, CS and reporting depend on. The vendor states it supports complex, heavily customized Salesforce orgs. That is a much smaller change-management bet than a rip-and-replace.
  • Consolidation is the ROI thesis. Aurasell pitches replacing up to 15 point tools — data (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha), engagement (Outreach, Salesloft), call recording (Gong), forecasting (Clari), CPQ and eSignature. The customer figures on its site are specific: TCI Transportation cites 5+ tools eliminated and a 45-day rollout; Impala AI cites an 80% cut in tool spend. These are vendor-published, so treat them as ceilings.
  • Pricing is per platform, not per seat. The Startup plan is a flat annual fee with a pool of AI credits and no user counting, which changes the math for teams where half the users are occasional viewers.
  • Agents are governed, not free-roaming. Agent Builder workflows fire on events, schedules or manual triggers, and Aura Trust applies role-based access and policy controls to what each agent can read and write. The platform is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified.

Pricing reality

Published, as of 29 September 2026:

  • Startup — $15,000/year platform fee, 3M AI credits included, no per-user pricing.
  • SMB and Mid-market & Enterprise — custom quotes.

SaaStr reported starting contracts at $20,000+ per year for smaller customers, which matches the Startup list price plus credits or add-ons. The real comparison is against your current tool line items: a 10-rep team paying for a data vendor, a sequencer and a call recorder often clears $15,000 a year on those three alone, so the floor is reachable. What is not published is the credit burn rate per action, which decides whether 3M credits last a year or a quarter. There is no free tier or self-serve trial.

Best for

RevOps leaders and CROs at seed-to-mid-market B2B companies (roughly 10–150 GTM seats) that are paying for five or more overlapping sales tools and want to consolidate them — either on top of a Salesforce or HubSpot instance they cannot migrate off, or as a first real CRM. The best-fit use case is replacing data, sequencing, call recording and forecasting in one purchase while keeping the existing CRM as system of record.

Skip it if you run a single tool well and have no consolidation pressure, if your enterprise contracts with Gong or Clari run for multiple years, or if you need a mature partner ecosystem and a deep bench of certified admins.

Versus the alternatives

  • Salesforce with Agentforce — the market-share leader. Pick it when you want agents inside the CRM you already pay for and your admin team can build them; pick Aurasell when you want the data, engagement and call-recording layers bundled rather than bought separately.
  • HubSpot with Breeze — the default for SMB and mid-market. Pick it when your team lives in HubSpot’s marketing hub and Sales Hub seats cover what you need; pick Aurasell when HubSpot plus five add-on tools costs more than the platform fee.
  • Rox — the fastest-growing entrant in agentic CRM, also designed to sit over Salesforce or HubSpot. Pick Rox when you want metered, usage-based pricing to start small; pick Aurasell when you want CPQ, dialer and contact data in the same contract.
  • Attio or Day.ai — pick these when you are replacing a CRM outright at a small team and want transparent per-seat pricing and a self-serve start.

Watch-outs

  • Young vendor, broad surface. A company with about 50 customers is shipping a CRM, data set, dialer, recorder, forecasting and CPQ at once; depth in any one module will trail the category leader. Guard: during evaluation, test the two modules you would retire the most expensive tool for (usually data and call recording) against your current vendor on your own accounts and calls, not a demo tenant.
  • Credit-based consumption is opaque. The Startup plan’s 3M credits have no published per-action rate. Guard: get the credit cost of enrichment, sequence generation and agent runs written into the order form, with a usage report and an overage cap.
  • Overlay sync is the failure point. Bidirectional sync with a heavily customized Salesforce org is where field mappings, validation rules and duplicate logic break. Guard: run the pilot on a sandbox or one segment, map every custom field and validation rule before go-live, and keep Salesforce as the reporting source of truth for the first two quarters.
  • Consolidation claims are vendor numbers. “80% tool-spend reduction” and “15+ tools consolidated” are customer quotes on Aurasell’s site. Guard: list each tool you intend to cancel, with its renewal date and contract value, and only count savings on tools whose contracts you can actually exit within 12 months.
