What it is

Leadfeeder identifies which companies visit your website, then gives you the tools to act on them: contact data, CRM push, and IP-targeted display ads. It is company-level reverse-IP identification, the same category as ZoomInfo WebSights and the account layer of 6sense. It does not do person-level identification like RB2B or Warmly.

If you knew this company as Dealfront, it is the same product. Leadfeeder, founded in Finland in 2012, merged with the German sales-intelligence company Echobot in 2022, and the combined company rebranded as Dealfront in 2023. On 2026-03-24 it went back to the Leadfeeder name for the whole platform. Contracts, pricing and data stayed the same. The legal entities are still Dealfront Group GmbH, Dealfront Germany GmbH and Dealfront Finland Oy, so expect “Dealfront” on invoices and in your DPA. The modules are now Web Visitors, Companies, Campaigns (formerly Promote) and Lists. Kevin McIntyre, previously CRO, succeeded Echobot founder Bastian Karweg as CEO in October 2025. The company bought the Stuttgart visitor-intelligence vendor WiredMinds in March 2025, after raising €30 million from AshGrove Capital in December 2024.

The question this page answers: the website-signal vendor you used is gone or absorbed. Koala shut down on 2025-09-30, HubSpot agreed to acquire Warmly on 2026-06-30, and Zoom agreed to acquire Common Room on 2026-07-02. Which vendor is still independent and safe for EU traffic? Leadfeeder is. Its 2026 news was a rename, not a sale.

Why it shows up in RevOps stacks

  • EU-hosted and company-level by design. Leadfeeder stores data on EU servers and identifies the visiting company, not the visitor. Emails and phone numbers on higher plans come from a separate B2B contact database, not from de-anonymizing the person on your site. That keeps the GDPR analysis at company level, under legitimate interest with a DPA.
  • European company data. The Echobot side brings company records sourced from trade registers. Leadfeeder claims 60 million companies and 400 million verified contacts.
  • Published prices and a real free tier. Most competitors in this category quote custom prices.
  • Agent access. A beta MCP server connects Leadfeeder to Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for account briefs, segments and list work. Any action that changes data asks before it runs.

Pricing reality

All prices are in euros and all plans include unlimited users. Lite is free: the last 100 companies per month with seven days of history. Discover starts at €79/month billed annually for up to 50 identified companies and rises to €309/month at 1,000. Annual billing saves 30%; the same entry tier is €113 billed monthly. Activate starts at €369/month and adds contact details, intent filters, Campaigns, API and MCP access. Scale starts at €599/month, annual only, and reaches €2,089/month at 10,000 companies and 5,500 credits.

Credits pay for enrichment, CRM pushes and Campaigns. Identification itself is free of credits. Vendr’s buyer data puts the median annual contract at $8,628, with a range of $5,144 to $10,588. Vendr does not say how many purchases that figure covers, so treat it as indicative. That median works out to about $720 a month, which matches a mid-ladder Activate tier, the plan you need once reps want contacts and CRM automation.

Best for

Marketing ops and RevOps leads at B2B companies with 20 to 500 employees that sell into Europe and get thousands, not hundreds, of monthly site visits. They want account-level signal routed to reps and ads without a GDPR fight with legal.

Not for you if your pipeline is mostly US and your outbound motion needs a named person. RB2B’s person-level US identification fits better there. Also skip it if you already pay for 6sense or Demandbase: their account identification covers this, and a second IP resolver adds cost without adding signal.

Versus the alternatives

  • ZoomInfo is the largest B2B data vendor by revenue. Pick it when you need US contact depth and are buying the data platform anyway. Pick Leadfeeder when the website is the main signal and budget is five figures, not six.
  • 6sense and Demandbase lead ABM intent. Pick them for multi-source intent and account scoring across a large enterprise TAM. Pick Leadfeeder when first-party website visits are enough.
  • RB2B is the fastest-growing entrant: launched in March 2024 and reported at $7.25 million ARR by February 2026. Pick it for person-level US identification delivered to Slack. Pick Leadfeeder for EU traffic and company-level compliance.
  • Cognism is the pick when you need EU contact data and phone numbers without visitor tracking.

If none fits, measure first. If the free Lite tier’s 100 companies a month contain few of your target accounts, a paid tier won’t change that. Fix traffic and intent data sources before you buy an identifier.

Watch-outs

  • Reverse-IP misses remote workers. Visitors on home broadband, VPNs or mobile networks don’t resolve to a company. Leadfeeder claims “up to 45%” of company visitors identified; some G2 reviewers report closer to 10%. Guard: run the 14-day trial on your own traffic and measure identified sessions from ICP accounts, not total identified companies.
  • The contact isn’t the visitor. Activate returns employees who match your filters at the visiting company, not the person who browsed. Guard: never write “I saw you on our pricing page.” Route the account to its owner and use role-based outreach.
  • Two rebrands since 2023, two APIs. The old Leadfeeder API is now the “Legacy Leadfeeder API,” and the Dealfront API became the Leadfeeder API. Guard: build new integrations on the current Leadfeeder API, and ask in writing for a deprecation timeline for the legacy one.
  • All users draw from one credit pool. Unlimited seats plus automatic CRM pushes can burn credits fast. Guard: push only ICP-filtered feeds to the CRM and check credit usage weekly for the first month.
  • Renewal terms. Reviewers report auto-renewal with a 30-day cancellation window. Guard: confirm the notice period before signing and set a reminder 60 days before renewal.
  • The MCP server is beta and requires Activate or Scale. Guard: test your real account-brief prompts during the trial before you count on agent access in the business case.
