What it is
Landbase is an agentic go-to-market platform that turns a plain-English audience brief into a live outbound campaign. You describe who you want — “US mid-market logistics companies hiring in compliance” — and the platform builds the list, qualifies it, drafts the sequence, and launches on email and LinkedIn. What separates it from the rest of the AI-SDR category is that Landbase trains its own model instead of wrapping a frontier LLM in prompts. GTM-2 Omni, announced 2025-10-16, chains three model families: planning and decisioning, generation, and prediction and reward. The vendor puts the inputs at 30,000 custom signals, 1,500 business data points, and 600M+ contacts, with the reward models trained on the outcomes of 50M+ campaigns. Campaign Feed arrived in April 2025 alongside the acquisition of Delegate; the inbound half came from the August 2025 Adauris acquisition and ships as Vibe AI — signal-based LinkedIn posting that warms the same accounts outbound is working. Landbase was founded in 2024, is led by co-founder and CEO Daniel Saks, and closed a $30M Series A co-led by Sound Ventures in June 2025, about $42.5M raised in total.
Why it shows up in RevOps stacks
- Targeting is tuned on campaign outcomes, not on a general model’s guess. The reward models are trained on what converted across 50M+ campaigns, so list construction and qualification carry a prior that a GPT wrapper does not have. That is the reason to shortlist Landbase over Artisan or 11x, and it is the claim to test in a pilot rather than accept.
- Brief to first send is same-day. One natural-language prompt drives targeting, qualification, and copy generation, so the setup that runs multi-week in a configured AI-SDR deployment collapses into a session. A team whose ICP moves every quarter can re-aim without a re-implementation.
- The contact data is bundled. Landbase ships its own database, so no second line item for ZoomInfo or Apollo sits behind the agent. That removes a data contract that runs five figures a year at enterprise volume.
- Inbound and outbound run off one signal set. Vibe AI posts to LinkedIn against the same intent signals the outbound campaigns target — the piece most AI-SDR vendors leave to a separate marketing tool.
Pricing reality
Landbase publishes no prices. The pricing page is a “Talk to an Expert” form, and every number comes out of a demo. There is a free tier, and it is narrower than it sounds: it plans campaigns and generates messages but does not send, so it validates list quality and copy, never deliverability or reply rate. Third-party breakdowns cluster the paid platform near $3,000/month, with a working range of about $2,000-$5,000+/month by volume and enterprise deployments above that; those are review-site estimates, not vendor quotes, and are a starting bracket rather than a price. What to pin down on the call is which variables move the number: contact volume, seat count, connected mailboxes, and whether the LinkedIn and Vibe AI surfaces sit inside the base or price as additions. Ask for month-to-month terms or a paid pilot with a defined exit — the free tier cannot prove the thing you are actually buying.
Best for
RevOps and growth leads at B2B companies running email and LinkedIn outbound at 1,000+ contacts a month, who do not already own a data contract and want targeting trained on conversion outcomes. Landbase fits best where the ICP is describable in a sentence and the bottleneck is campaign construction rather than rep capacity.
Don’t buy Landbase as a CRM, a dialer, or an inbound chat surface. It orchestrates campaigns and writes back; your system of record stays where it is. Phone appears as call prioritization for human reps, not as an AI voice agent. And under a few hundred contacts a month, the price floor does not clear.
Versus the alternatives
11x is the other pole of autonomous outbound and the pick when AI phone calls matter — its Julian agent dials, Landbase does not — or when one vendor has to span inbound voice and outbound at a 100+ rep company. Artisan covers the same email-led AI-SDR job with a longer enterprise deployment history; pick it when procurement wants the more established vendor and the model story is not what decides the bake-off. Unify is the fastest-growing entrant in signal-based outbound and publishes a $700/month floor — pick it when warm outbound off website and intent signals beats cold list construction, and when you want a price before a sales call. Against the status quo, Clay plus Apollo and a human SDR keeps full message control at a fraction of Landbase’s floor; that is the right build when the ICP is still moving, or when volume is low enough that a trained targeting prior earns nothing.
Watch-outs
- The database size claim is not consistent across the vendor’s own surfaces. The model page says 150M+ contacts, the GTM-2 Omni release says 600M+, and third-party reviews cite 220M+. Guard: ignore the headline number, make the vendor produce a matched-and-verified count for your ICP during the pilot, and measure bounce rate on the first real send against it.
- The independent review base is thin. G2 carries 4.8/5 from roughly 10 reviews, which is too small a sample to read as validation, and the company launched in 2024. Guard: ask for two references running your channel mix at your volume, and weight what they say about deliverability over what the rating says.
- No published pricing, and the free tier cannot send. You cannot bracket the cost or test reply rate before a sales conversation. Guard: use the free tier for list quality only, then buy a paid pilot on month-to-month terms, and get the fully loaded number — volume, seats, mailboxes, add-ons — in writing before setting it against a rival’s published floor.
- Channel coverage stops at email and LinkedIn. No dialer, no visitor de-anonymization, no chatbot, so the adjacent tools stay on your budget. Guard: add those line items to the Landbase column before comparing it against a suite that already includes them, or the comparison flatters Landbase by roughly $1,000-4,000/month.
- Compliance documentation is not public. Landbase posts no DPA, no data-sourcing methodology, and no opt-out process. Guard: get all three through procurement before the first send into the EU or UK, and do not let a pilot start on EU contacts while that paperwork is open.
